"Something terrible fell upon New York: a natural catastrophe, a cyber attack, a mass seizing of the souls." Shot in Brooklyn during hurricane Sandy, Ditch Plains is a genre-crossing film part disaster, sci-fi, documentary, and street-dance movie. The members of Ringmaster Crew navigate this post-apocalyptic vision like avatars trying to survive in a video game.
Loretta Fahrenholz was born in 1981 in Starnberg, Germany. She lives and works in New York. Her work has been shown at Ludlow 38 (New York), Reena Spaulings Fine Art (New York), Galerie Buchholz (Berlin), and KW (Berlin).
